Translation Excellence is a leader in offering language services, and is currently offering language learning classes for Arabic language as well as cultural competency classes for those who are interested to go over and help in Iraq.
Our intensive class curriculum encompassing text book and audio; is designed to prepare students to be able to communicate and function well in different social and work environments. Throughout this program, you will be taught not only cultural awareness, do's and taboos, how to build longtime reliable relationships with different populations, but most importantly, facts, safety and security for yourself.
Class will focus on reading comprehension, writing, grammar, speaking, pronunciation and listening comprehension skills. This class will also focus on the vocabulary that is essential for you. The instructor will meet with you as often as needed to help converse, practice reading and writing skills, and learn about the culture.
Our professional language instructors have extensive knowledge in the most effective ways to teach a second language, and have years of experience in interacting with the people from said culture. With the one-on-one sessions, we will create a learning plan that is unique for you and that fits your needs and learning style.
Once graduated from this class, you will be at level 0+ (DLI Proficiency level standard) and you will be able to understand a number of memorized phrases in the areas of immediate need. You will be able to recognize all the letters in a printed version of an alphabetic system and read all numbers, isolated words and phrases, personal and place names, street signs, office and shop designations. You will be able to make statements with memorized utterances or formulas and talk about yourself, your family, occupation, and education in simple words using rehearsed phrases and sentences.
