One journey behind every project: a family’s move to the United States, a company in Colorado, and a team serving the nation’s capital.

Our story

How a refugee’s experience with language became a national language services company.

  1. Early life

From Afghanistan to the United States

Nisar Nikzad, originally from Afghanistan, came to the United States with his family at a young age as refugees.

  2. College

    Helping newcomers find their footing

In college he worked with nonprofit organizations that helped immigrants and refugees settle and thrive. Working with people from many backgrounds, he saw that communication decided whether they reached their goals.

  3. The idea

    A linguist sees the gap

He began working as a freelance translator and interpreter, and there developed the idea for a language service agency that would help people bridge gaps in communication and culture.

The same culture since day one

The company now extends across the United States, but our culture is the same as the day we were founded. We focus on the values, attitudes, and beliefs of our team members and our clients, because they drive everything we do.

Over the years we have built a sense of family and community into the company, and it shows in how we work with clients and linguists alike.

Tell us what’s at stake. We’ll show you how we’d handle it.

Send your files or describe your event. A language specialist replies with a fixed quote and a delivery date, with no obligation.
