TE Bridge Video Remote Interpreting
VRI is a newer and amazingly useful service that technology has brought about, allowing deaf or hard of hearing people to receive interpreting services regardless of their location or the location of the interpreter. All you need is a computer with a webcam and a broadband connection! ADA regulations allow for the choice of using VRI or on-site interpreters in situations where either would be effective. VRI can be especially useful in rural or other areas where on-site interpreters may be difficult to obtain. TE’s VRI platform is effective and easy to use!
