Rent for an event, or buy for a venue

Most clients rent per event. Venues that host multilingual programming regularly often buy outright. Interpretation agencies rent the equipment and technicians for their own clients.

Our own fleet, run by our own crew

Rented-in equipment makes someone else’s schedule your risk. We own the hardware we deploy, and the technicians who install it are the ones who keep it running all day.

  • Redundancy first

A spare transmitter is already live and spare receivers and headsets are on hand, so one failure never silences a language.

  • Audio fidelity

Broadcast-quality headsets and noise-canceling consoles keep interpreters fresh and listeners comfortable.

  • Logistics handled

From our Denver hub to your venue, we manage shipping, setup, and teardown so your team never touches a cable.

What equipment do I need for simultaneous interpretation?

One soundproof booth per language with two interpreter consoles, a transmitter that carries every language on its own channel, radiators or antennas to cover the room, and a receiver and headset for every listener, plus spares. A technician runs the system all day. Use the kit builder on this page for a starting list.

What is the benefit of infrared (IR) over FM systems?

Security. Infrared signals do not pass through walls, which makes IR the standard for private board meetings, government hearings, and legal proceedings where confidentiality matters. FM and radio systems reach farther and suit large or outdoor venues.

How many languages can a Bosch Integrus system carry?

Up to 32 channels from one transmitter, including the floor language. We match the transmitter to your language count: 4, 8, 16, or 32 channels.

How do you handle signal interference in crowded city centers?

We scan the venue before the event and use digital infrared or encrypted digital systems to avoid local radio noise, so listeners get a clear feed even in high-interference urban venues.

Is your equipment ADA-compliant?

Yes. Our systems are compatible with assistive listening device (ALD) requirements, so your event can meet accessibility standards for people who are hard of hearing.

Can you integrate with our existing A/V provider?

Yes. Our technicians patch into your house sound and video streams and work alongside your A/V team, so the interpretation feed and the floor audio stay in sync.

Should we rent or buy interpretation equipment?

Rent if you hold multilingual events a few times a year: you get the right kit each time with no storage or maintenance. Buy if your venue hosts multilingual programming regularly, such as a convention center, courtroom, or legislative chamber. We install purchased systems and train your staff.

Do you rent simultaneous interpretation equipment in Denver?

Yes. We rent from our Denver hub to venues across Colorado, from the Colorado Convention Center in Denver to The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, and ship and staff systems for events nationwide.

Is a technician included with the rental?

Yes. Our own technicians deliver, set up, run, and strike every system. The technicians who install the equipment are the ones who run it all day, so one team owns your event from setup to teardown.

What affects the cost of renting interpretation equipment?

Five things: the number of languages (each needs a booth and two consoles), the number of listeners (one receiver and headset each, plus spares), the number of rooms, the number of days, and the venue’s size and layout, which sets how many radiators are needed. Shipping and technician time complete the quote. Use the kit builder on this page for a starting list, and we confirm the exact kit and price in your quote.

Is interpretation equipment the same as translation equipment?

Yes. “Translation equipment” is the everyday name for simultaneous interpretation equipment: the booths, interpreter consoles, transmitters, receivers, and headsets that carry each interpreted language to the listeners who need it. Interpreters translate the speech live; the equipment delivers it. We rent and sell the complete system.

Do you rent interpreter booths?

Yes. We rent full-size soundproof booths built to the ISO 4043 standard, and table-top booths for smaller rooms where a full booth will not fit. Each booth seats two interpreters, and our technicians set it up on site.

Can you also provide sound, projectors, screens, and cameras?

Yes. Add a sound system and microphones, projectors and screens, or HD cameras for recording and streaming to your interpretation kit, and one technical team runs it all. If your venue already has an A/V provider, our technicians work alongside them instead.

Do you rent equipment to interpretation agencies?

Yes. Agencies rent our booths, consoles, transmitters, receivers, and technicians for their clients’ events and supply their own interpreters. We work for the agency and never approach its clients directly. Send the event details, and we quote the equipment and technician time.

Can I rent interpretation equipment without interpreters?

Yes. Rent the equipment on its own if you already have interpreters, whether your own staff or a team you hired. Our technicians still deliver, set up, and run the system. If you need interpreters too, our conference interpreting team can provide them under the same contract.

Is there a minimum rental period?

No. Rent for a single session, a full day, or a multi-week program. Your quote is based on the equipment, the number of days, and the technician time your event needs.

How far in advance should I book interpretation equipment?

As early as you can, especially for large conferences, multi-room events, or several languages, since booths and receivers are reserved per date. For complex venues we survey the room first. Short-notice requests are welcome: ask, and we will tell you right away what we can deliver.

What do you need from me to quote an equipment rental?

The event dates and times, the venue, the number of attendees who will listen to interpretation, the languages, and the number of rooms. Floor plans and your A/V provider’s contact help us size the system. Send the details through the quote form or the kit builder on this page.

Do you have equipment for small groups and site tours?

Yes. Portable tour kits, with lightweight digital tour-guide transmitters and whisper systems, work for small groups, factory tours, and site inspections, with no booth required.

Tell us what’s at stake. We’ll show you how we’d handle it.

Send your files or describe your event. A language specialist replies with a fixed quote and a delivery date, with no obligation.
